1What are your prices and what do they include?
Our prices can include as much or as little you wish. Check our Prices in the dedicated section.
2Which method of payment can I use?
You can pay by cheque or by bank transfer.
3How much deposit is required?
The deposit varies according to the service we provide - see the Prices section. Usually you pay a deposit total on the submission of the first draft, which is not returnable, and the rest on submission of the final plan.
4Can I contact you in case of a problem or a question?

5What happens if I need to cancel my package?
The deposit is not returnable. You pay an extra 10% for administration to try and cancel as many bookings/tickets as possible. For products we bought and we cannot cancel you need to pay in full.
6How do I give feedback of the service?
Any good or bad comment is welcome to be sent by email. We take on board bad comments because they help us to improve our service.
